What they got right and wrong
The staff were exceptionally friendly and the views from the pool area were breathtaking. The breakfast options catered to diverse tastes and included a menu for cooked items that exceeded our expectations.
The shuttle service was infrequent during peak hours causing inconvenience. we faced issues with noise pollution from the main road disrupting our relaxation.

The spa experience was a highlight, with an incredible deep tissue massage that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Staff were friendly and attentive that enhanced our stay. the breakfast offerings lacked variety over a week, and occasional noise disturbances disrupted the peaceful environment. the shuttle service could be more frequent during peak hours to better accommodate guests.

We loved lounging by the pool and treating ourselves to some pampering in the jacuzzi during our stay. The food was pretty decent, but breakfast could’ve had a bit more fresh fruit. Definitely take advantage of the shuttle service for easy trips into town! 😊

Exceptional Staff and Stunning Views
Our stay was made special by the consistently warm and welcoming staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The beautiful views from our balcony were a highlight, and the breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety each morning. The location allowed for serene evenings, though I believe the shuttle service could have run more frequently.

Lovely views from the balcony and great decor throughout the room added to the comfort of my stay.
Several appliances, including the TV and toaster, were broken. the shower flooded the lounge area, and the ceiling in the bathroom was grimy. The restaurant had a limited evening menu and the breakfast area suffered from flies hovering over the food, making it unappealing to eat uncovered items.
